Who can use OrbisPay?


You can use OrbisPay if your employer is enrolled in our program.




How do I access my wages on-demand?


If you have OrbisPay, you will see hours worked and your current earnings in the app and you can transfer the accessible amount to your Bank or Debit Card.




How much money can I get from OrbisPay?


Every pay period, you can access up to 100% of your earned wages, and transfer to your card or bank account. The maximum accessible amount is determined by employer settings.




Do I need a bank account or card to use OrbisPay?


Yes. You would have to link a bank account or debit card where we can instantly transfer your earned wages.




Do I have to provide my credit score to use OrbisPay?


No at all, as OrbisPay is not a lending provider, your credit score is not a factor.




How long does it take to get my wages on-demand?


Transfers are instant 24/7/365.





For Employers

Who pays the money advanced by employees?


We do. OrbisPay fronts the funds to employees. There is no income or expense impact for the employer.




How much does it cost businesses to offer OrbisPay?


There are no setup or recurring costs for employers. There is Zero Risk to employers, as OrbisPay protects them against financial losses associated with our service.




What employee information do employers share with OrbisPay?


Only employee name, employee ID, and clock-in clock-out information is needed.




How do you receive time and attendance data?


OrbisPay has API integration with most payroll and time and attendance system.




Can salaried employees use OrbisPay?


Yes, OrbisPay works for salaried and hourly workers in the same way.
